As part of Digital Tirumala Initiative, TTD is very pleased to announce launch of Cottage Donor Management System.

The Cottage Donor Management System provides

  • Simple, Easy and Donor Friendly System for Self Service.
  • Provide Timely, Transparent and Hassle free Accommodation Services.
  • SMS and Email based communication to the Cottage Donors.
  • End to End facilitation of Cottage Donors.
  • Donors can also seek Operator Assistance for availing services as needed.
  • Avoid manual interventions going digital way.

Registration Process

  • Step 1: TTD will reach out to Cottage Donors for the basic information.
  • Step 2: TTD will share the Self Declaration form with the donor via Email/SMS for verification purpose.
  • Step 3: Once verified, TTD will share the User Credentials.
  • Step 4: For any queries, please approach TTD Information center. Donors can also seek Operator Assistance for availing services as needed.

Do ‘s & Don’ts

  • Donors are requested to maintain their details confidentially, to avoid misuse of the privileges.
  • In case of any assistance, please reach out to Reception.
  • In case of discrepancies in donation or privileges, please report to CAO,
  • TTD encourages Donors to avail self-service well in advance for better planning and requested accommodation availability.
