The Cottage Donor Management System provides
- Simple, Easy and Donor Friendly System for Self Service.
- Provide Timely, Transparent and Hassle free Accommodation Services.
- SMS and Email based communication to the Cottage Donors.
- End to End facilitation of Cottage Donors.
- Donors can also seek Operator Assistance for availing services as needed.
- Avoid manual interventions going digital way.
Registration Process
- Step 1: TTD will reach out to Cottage Donors for the basic information.
- Step 2: TTD will share the Self Declaration form with the donor via Email/SMS for verification purpose.
- Step 3: Once verified, TTD will share the User Credentials.
- Step 4: For any queries, please approach TTD Information center. Donors can also seek Operator Assistance for availing services as needed.
Do ‘s & Don’ts
- Donors are requested to maintain their details confidentially, to avoid misuse of the privileges.
- In case of any assistance, please reach out to Reception.
- In case of discrepancies in donation or privileges, please report to CAO,
- TTD encourages Donors to avail self-service well in advance for better planning and requested accommodation availability.
